  Placed order for 1 hour pick up (25 invitations for $45) and paid for them online. Was told that I would be sent an email or text when the order was ready for pickup but I never did, so I called. SOMEONE told me that it would be ready by the next day at noon, because there were no other orders before me, so she could guarantee that it would get done. Well its 5:30 PM the next day and I have just cancelled my order online. I was told that there was no orders pending for one hour pickup. There was nothing there. I asked if she needed my confirmation or order number and I was told no, that it wouldnt help. Excuse me??? I was just told THE DAY BEFORE that it would be ready and now all of a sudden its nowhere to be found? I guess it just grew legs and walked out the store, thats a shame. I was also told that there has been nobody else there besides this person and she hasn't told anyone that. So I just got lied to straight to my face AGAIN. I understand that maybe the order got lost in processing and things happen, but the fact that I was given an attitude and no desire what so ever to even try to search my order is ridiculous. What are they paying their employees for? Because its definitely not for customer service.
